At WFC, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your WFC account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully repackage the products in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
